Roman Abramovich has had 14 different managers (2 interims & 12 permanent coaches) since his 2003 takeover of the club with Jose mourinho and Guus Hiddink each having two spells.
Claudio Ranieri (September 2000 - May 2004)
He was at the helm when Roman arrived at Stamford bridge. After heavy spending in the transfer market, he led Chelsea to a second placed finish in EPL and reached the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League.
Jose Mourinho (June 2004 - September 2007, 2013 - 2015)
This is arguably the best manager in the history of thwclub.
He won back-to-back league titles in his first 2 seasons, 1 FA Cup and 2 League Cups. In his second stint, he won his third EPL title in 2014/15 alongside a league cup.
Avram Grant (interim 2007/08)
His team finished second on the league table and was also the champions league runner-up
Luiz Felipe Scolari (2008 - 2009)
He was the first FIFA World Cup winning coach to manage in the English Premier League in history. He was sacked after some poor results.
Guus Hiddink (interim 2009, 2015/16)
In his first tenure with the blues he won the FA Cup. His second tenure was not as rosy with trophy, he could only balance the ship.
Carlo Ancelotti (2009 - 2011)
He led Chelsea to a first ever league and FA Cup double, with his side becoming the first to score more than 100 premier league goals in a single campaign.
Andre Villas-Boas (2011 - 2012)
He was tagged to be the new mourinho, but he couldn't live up to the billing and he was sacked.
Roberto Di Matteo (2012)
He was the assistant manager to Andre Villas-Boas. He led the blues to win the u.e.fa champions league and FA Cup trophies that season as an interim manager.
Rafael Benitez (2012 - 2013)
He won the UEFA Europa league, runner-up in UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup respectively. He led the team to a 3rd place finish in the league.
Antonio Conte (2016 - 2018)
He won the Premier league in his first season in grand style, and was the runner- up in the FA Cup - a trophy he later won in the following season.
Maurizio Sarri (2018 - 2019)
He introduced a new style of play to the team - sarriball. He led the pensioners club to a UEFA Europa League title and as runner-up in the League cup.
Frank Lampard (2019 till date)
He is the first English manager appointed by Abramovich

Since Abramovich took over Chelsea, he has spent over 1.31 billions Euros on recruitment of players such as Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres, Andriy Shevchenko, Michael Ballack, Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Honours
The Blues have won more major trophies than any other Premier League clubs in the 16 years since the Russian businessman took over the club with 16 major trophies, while Man United who is the closest contender has won only 13 major trophies.
